Assessing Training Needs

How do you find out what training your staff need?
Here are some examples of questions you could ask (in an appraisal process or a questionnaire) to identify the training your staff need.

Training Evaluation Questionnaire

Evaluating training is important. Also known as the “happy sheet”, this is a sample evaluation sheet you could use at the end of a course, whether it is an internal or an external trainer. Also included here are some hints and tips on using and analysing these sheets.
